Everything you need to know about claiming your order.

Confirm your Roblox username, add our delivery bot as a friend (RIVALS only lets friends gift to each other), then press Ready to Claim and join our private server with the Join button on this page. The bot finds you in the server's player list, buys your bundle(s) in the in-game shop, and gifts them straight to you. No trading and nothing to hand over — just be its friend and be in the server.

Yes — RIVALS gifting only works between Roblox friends, so the bot has to be on your friends list to gift to you. This page shows you exactly which account(s) to add and confirms the friendship before you press Ready. The bot unfriends you automatically once your order is delivered. Only trust the bot accounts named on this page — ignore anyone else claiming you must friend or trade them to get your order.

Pressing Ready to Claim tells the bot you can join the game right now, and opens a short join window (usually about 3 minutes) with a countdown on this page. That keeps the queue moving — the bot only looks for customers who are actually around. Join the private server inside the window and stay in the game; if it closes before the bot finds you, nothing is lost — just press Ready again.

Gifting works through the in-game player list, and the player list only shows people who are in the same server as the bot. Joining our private server puts you on that list so the bot can pick you as the gift recipient. Stay in the game until this page says all your gifts have arrived.

Wait a moment and tap the Join button again — spots free up quickly, and your order is safe either way. If the join window closes before the bot finds you, this page shows a Join button and a Ready again button: join the server, stay in the game, then press Ready again to open a new window. Still stuck? Email support and we'll sort it out.

Your gifts are sent to you while you're in the server — watch for the gift popup in-game. If you miss it or leave early, open the Shop and check the Gifts section: delivered gifts wait there until you claim them.

Usually just a few minutes once you've added the bot, pressed Ready and joined the private server. If other customers are ahead of you, this page shows your place in the queue and an estimated wait. Larger orders are sent as several gifts back to back — stay in the server until everything has arrived.

Occasionally the delivery bot needs to restart or a purchase needs a retry. Your order is always saved and delivery resumes automatically — keep this page open and hop back into the private server when it resumes. This page (and optional browser notifications) will keep you updated.

Every gift purchase is screenshotted at the confirmation screen. Once your order is delivered, a View Delivery Photos button appears on this page. For your privacy, viewing proofs more than 24 hours after delivery requires the email you used on the order.

Accounts can be restricted for abuse of the ordering or delivery system. If you think this is a mistake, email support with your order number and we'll take a look. Once un-restricted, this page updates automatically so you can continue.
